Terms and Conditions of Sale –CallusClear
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of products offered on the website www.callusclear.co by the company Shop Me, registered in France under SIRET number 49516960900049
By purchasing from the website, the customer (“Client”) agrees to these Terms without reservation.
2. Purpose
These Terms define the rights and obligations of both parties in the context of online sales of the products available on the Site, in particular electric callus clean.
3. Products
CallusClear sells for women and man. The essential characteristics of each product are described on the product pages of the Site.
4. Orders
4.1 Order Process
Customers place orders by selecting the products they wish to purchase and following the instructions on the Site. Once the order is confirmed and payment is validated, the sales contract is considered final.
4.2 Order Modification or Cancellation
Once an order has been validated and paid for, it cannot be modified or cancelled, except in cases of force majeure.
4.3 Product Availability
Products are offered while supplies last. In case of unavailability after an order is placed, the customer will be notified by email and may choose an alternative product or a full refund.
5. Pricing
5.1 Product Prices
Prices are shown in livre sterline, including all applicable taxes (TTC).
CallusClear reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice, but the price applied will be the one in effect at the time of the order.
5.2 Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order amount and the delivery method selected by the customer. These costs are shown before the order is finalized.
6. Payment
Payment for products is made via the accepted payment methods on the Site: credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), PayPal, or any other available option.
All transactions are secure and encrypted using industry-standard protocols.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery Times
Orders are typically shipped within 5 to 8 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider selected.
7.2 Shipping Address
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer during the order process. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of this information.
7.3 Delivery Issues
In case of delay or issue (damaged package, non-delivery, etc.), the customer must contact customer support within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt.
8. Right of Withdrawal
8.1 Withdrawal Period
In accordance with applicable law, customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason, provided the product is returned unused, in original condition and packaging.
8.2 Product Returns
Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
8.3 Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
9. Warranties
9.1 Legal Warranty
All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with Articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code.
In the case of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer may request an exchange or a refund.
9.2 Commercial Warranty

10. Liability
CallusClear shall not be held liable if products cannot be used due to incompatibility with the customer's equipment or due to misuse.
CallusClear is also not responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure events (e.g., strikes, extreme weather, etc.).
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, videos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property laws and is the exclusive property of SilkShave.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
12. Personal Data
CallusClear is committed to protecting customers' personal data.
Information collected is used to process orders and manage the customer relationship.
Customers have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data, in accordance with French data protection laws.
13. Changes to the Terms
CallusClear reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
The applicable Terms are those in effect at the time the order is placed.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
If no agreement can be reached, the matter shall be brought before the competent court in the jurisdiction of CallusClear's headquarters.
